Temple Sinai is proud to offer a variety of services to meet the varied spiritual needs of our congregants. Please check our calendar for specific dates and times.
Family Shabbat in the Round
Join us for a fun, all-ages service in the social hall! All the prayers and songs, plus beautiful imagery, will be projected on the big screen for everyone to see. We’ll have a simchah line to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. Rabbi Rick and Cantor Allison will lead this joyful hour-long service… followed by a delicious oneg, of course! Some months the service will be proceeded by a community shabbat dinner.
Shabbat Service with Torah Chanting and Torah Talks
Join us monthly for a Torah-focused Shabbat service. Each evening will feature Torah chanting, a Torah- themed drash or an engaging conversation with congregants about the weekly portion.
Kidz Shabbat
Families with young children — enjoy an entertaining half-hour service with Rabbi and Cantor, followed by a yummy oneg and shmoozing time. This event is designed for children all the way up to 3rd grade, so we look forward to seeing all young TSG families then!
Sinai Sings Shabbat
Join us for an evening of joyful song and prayer. Put your hands together, raise your voices, and join in the fun and energy of this unique TSG Shabbat celebration.
Zoom Shabbat
Once a month, experience Shabbat from the comfort of our own homes with TSG’s Zoom Shabbat service. A friendly and intimate evening of prayer, song, and connection online.
Kabbalat Shabbat
Whenever there is a fifth Shabbat of the month, we welcome Shabbat with an early oneg, followed by a joyous 45 minute service in the sanctuary.
Jewish Meditation
Relax and get in a Shabbat mindset with TSG’s Jewish Meditation . Use this half hour before our Shabbat service to breathe and center yourself.
B’nei Mitzvah
Throughout the year many of our Bat and Bar Mitzvah services occur on Saturday mornings. These wonderful events are always open to our Temple Sinai community.
Minyan & Torah Study
Enjoy a Shabbat morning service and discussion of the week’s Torah portion or other related topic. These intimate services are led by members of the congregation.
